We put your business on the map, then keep it there.

Custom websites for businesses, creators, and small operators. Prices published below.

A position

Your next customer is searching for what you do right now.

If you're online, you have a chance. If you're not, you're invisible.

Most owners already know this. They don't have time to learn code, hosting, SEO, or schema, and they don't have the revenue to put a developer on payroll. So nothing gets built, and the customer goes to the next listing.

We're built for that gap. For owners who already know their work, who just need the online side of the business to actually exist.

You built the business. Don't leave the rest on the table.

§ 02What you get
Tier 1 baseline · upgrades below
ii.

What you get.

A&C builds custom managed websites, one project at a time. The list below is the whole list. If something on it isn't familiar, we'll walk you through it before you sign anything. Nothing in fine print.

  1. 01
    Custom website 1–3 pages · mobile-first
Each project starts in a blank file. Typography, color, layout, and structure chosen for your business and your customers. We don't reuse the design on other accounts.
    BespokeMobile-first
  2. 02
    Front-end development HTML · CSS · JavaScript
Custom-coded sites are measurably faster, score higher on Core Web Vitals, and don't break when a third-party platform pushes a bad update. Your code is yours after 24 months on a managed plan.
    Static-firstYours to keep
  3. 03
Local SEO Schema · Google Business · Performance
Schema markup, Google Business cleanup, mobile-first build, performance budgets, on-page work targeted at the search terms your customers actually type. The technical work that gets you found.
    TechnicalLocal-first
  4. 04
Maintenance & hosting Send a text · Replies under 48 hours
SSL included. Managed hosting on every tier. When something on the live site needs to change, a holiday closing, a new menu, a swapped photo, text us. You don't learn a CMS. Tier 2 and Tier 3 add ongoing analytics and content updates on request.
    Owner-trainedHands-on
  5. 05
Brand & identity (light) Type · Palette · Direction
The visual design that ships with your site is included: typography, palette, photo direction, small logo refinements. For full identity systems, naming, packaging, illustration, we'll refer you to specialists.

What we don't do

Annual contracts. Hourly billing. White-label work. Sites built on top of WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or Webflow. If you need any of those, we'll point you to someone who does it well.

§ 03How this works
Three weeks. Two partners. One scope.
iii.

Three steps. No account manager.

A&C is two partners with no one between us and you. We're both on the first call and stay on the project through every revision and change order after launch. The standard build runs three weeks from kickoff.

The conversation

You reach out through the form or by calling Michael. No prep needed on your end. You don't need to know what schema is, or local SEO, or which pages a site like yours needs. We'll walk you through it as we go.

§ 05What the web words mean
Spin or swipe
v.

What the web words mean.

A spinning index of the words you'll hear from any web company, ours included. Use the arrows or swipe to spin through the deck. Tap a card to flip it for the definition.

01Admin Panel
01

A control panel built into your site that lets you update content without touching code: edit a menu, change photos, add a promotion. Included in Tier 3.

02Age Gate
02

A verification screen that appears before a visitor can enter your site, requiring them to confirm they're of legal age. Required for bars, dispensaries, tobacco retailers, and similar. Optional on any tier.

03Analytics
03

Data on who visits your site, where they came from, and what they do while there. Tier 2 includes a monthly traffic snapshot. Tier 3 adds a monthly summary and quarterly SEO review.

04Buyout
04

A one-time payment to take the code out of our hosting and own it outright. Available from day one at a rate that decreases over time. Free after 24 months on a managed plan.

05CMS
05

Content Management System. A control panel that lets non-technical owners update text, photos, and pages without touching code.

06Code Framework
06

The underlying technical system your site is built on. Our builds use custom code, not a drag-and-drop website builder — no third-party platform subscription to keep your site alive.

07Domain
07

Your web address: the part after "www." You own it. We set it up and manage the settings, but it belongs to you regardless of what happens with the managed plan.

08Email/SMS Capture
08

A form on your site that collects customer contact information you own — not a third-party platform list. Your data, your CRM. Included in Tier 2 and 3.

09Google Business
09

Your listing on Google Maps and Google Search — the card with hours, photos, directions, and reviews when someone searches for you. We set it up or clean up what's already there.

10Hosting
10

The server space your site lives on so the internet can find it. We handle this on every tier.

11Integration
11

Connecting your website to a third-party service: a booking system, point-of-sale, payment processor, or CRM. Scope and cost vary by system; we discuss in the first conversation.

12Local SEO
12

The work that makes you findable when someone nearby searches. A complete Google profile makes a business 2.7× more reputable.

Google, 2024
13Managed Website
13

A website where the vendor handles hosting, security, updates, and maintenance on your behalf. You focus on your business; we handle the infrastructure.

14POS Integration
14

Connecting your website to a point-of-sale system (Square, Clover, Toast, Lightspeed) so menu items, prices, hours, or inventory stay in sync between your register and your site.

15Privacy + ToS
15

Legal pages required for any website that collects visitor data. The Privacy Policy explains what data you collect and how you use it. The Terms of Service sets the rules. Both included in every build.

16Responsive
16

A site that adjusts automatically to any screen size — phone, tablet, or desktop. All our builds are mobile-first responsive.

17Schema
17

Code that tells Google what your business is — address, hours, category. Helps you show up in map results and "near me" searches. 76% of those visit a related business within a day.

Google
18SLA
18

Service-Level Agreement. The formal commitment for how fast we respond and resolve issues. Standard is 48-hour reply on all tiers; Tier 3 adds a 2-business-day content-update SLA.

19SSL
19

The security certificate that encrypts data between your site and your visitors. The padlock in the browser bar. Required for Google trust. Included on every build.

2024-Month Handoff
20

After 24 consecutive months on a managed plan (paid in full), the code buyout fee is waived. The code transfers to you at no cost. Buyout is available before that at a rate that decreases over time.

§ 08Frequently asked
Seven common questions
viii.

Things people ask first.

If your question isn't here, send a text or email. We answer them ourselves.

01What if I already have a website?+
We rebuild as often as we build from scratch. Tell us what you have and what isn't working. We'll start from wherever you are.
02What do you need from me to get started?+
Your logo, photos you want on the site, and the words for each page: what you do, where you are, how to reach you. The more of that you have ready, the faster the build moves. If you're starting from scratch on any of it, we can work through it in the first conversation.
03Can I see a demo of my site before I commit?+
Yes. We'll build a live working version of your site before any deposit changes hands. Browse it on your phone, click through the pages, see exactly what you'd be getting. Mention it when you reach out and we'll set it up.
04Do you work with businesses anywhere?+
Yes. All builds are delivered remotely and ongoing support runs through email. We're based in the US and work with businesses across the country.
05What if my project doesn't fit a tier?+
Reach out the same way. If what you need goes beyond the tiers, we put together a custom scope based on the conversation. Everything still comes with a written scope before any work starts.
06What changes can I request under the managed plan?+
Anything that updates existing content: editing a menu, swapping photos, changing contact details, adjusting hours or pricing. Tier 2 handles these on request. Tier 3 includes a 2-business-day turnaround. Building new functionality from scratch is a new scope conversation regardless of tier.
07What happens if I buy out the code?+
You get the source files: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, and any config we've set up. Most clients who buy out hand the code to a different developer or a new agency; that's the most common path. Every buyout includes a 30-minute handoff call and a written guide so the next person picks up cleanly. If you want to maintain the site yourself without a developer, you'd either need basic HTML editing skills or the owner admin panel that's included with Tier 3. Tier 1 and Tier 2 buyouts give you the files to take with you, not a self-serve editing tool.
